RavnAir Alaska (Part 121) Compensation

Training Pay

  • Training pay is First Officer rate at minimum monthly guarantee, starting on the first day of class;

  • Premium/Call Out Pay: These days requested and approved by the Chief Pilot’s office will be paid at $150.00 per day extra;
  • $10,000 new hire bonus for pilots currently holding ATP certificate*;
  • Captains can receive up to $15,000 in retention bonuses, depending on the aircraft type;
  • $5000 relocation reimbursement for new hire pilots outside the Anchorage area*;
  • Company will cover the cost of ATP CTP if a new hire pilot meets the minimums*;
  • Company provides Known Crewmember (KCM);
  • Pilots are eligible for per diem at $40 per day for overnight trips spent away from their assigned base. If pilots elect to work extra days away from their normally assigned base, these days will not be paid per diem.
