Our pilot interviews are held in Anchorage, Alaska. We realize travel times for some may be significant, so it is customary for us to first conduct a short initial telephone interview to allow us to introduce ourselves, learn more about your background, and to allow you to ask questions to determine whether Ravn Alaska will be a good fit for you.

If you know a pilot that is already on our team we encourage you to reach out to them.

About the Part 121 Pilot Interview Process

Following the initial phone call, our formal interview process at one of our facilities in Anchorage will consist of a small panel interview and a basic instrument flight skills evaluation with a Flight Training Device. The entire interview process is expected to take approximately 1-2 hours.

We do our best to make the process as stress free and enjoyable as possible! We are looking for pilots who are excited to join our elite team, who interact well with our passengers and staff, and who will make a stand for safety, no matter the stakes. If you fit this bill – we need you!

For more details on the interview process, please contact a member of Ravn Pilot Recruitment.
