Our pilot interviews are held in Anchorage, Alaska. We realize travel times for some may be significant, so it is customary for us to first conduct a short screening via telephone to allow us to introduce ourselves, learn more about your background, and to ask questions to determine whether RavnAir Group will be a good fit for you.

If you know a pilot that is already on our team we encourage you to reach out to them and learn more about our operation before applying.

About the Part 121 Pilot Interview Process

Following the initial phone call, our formal interview process at one of our facilities in Anchorage will consist of a small panel interview comprised of technical and behavioral questions. These meetings typically last 30 minutes to one hour.

We do our best to make the process as stress free and enjoyable as possible! We are looking for pilots who are excited to join our elite team, who interact well with our passengers and staff, and who will make a stand for safety, no matter the stakes. If you fit this bill – we need you!
