Check-in and Connections

In accordance with Ravn Alaska’s check-in policy, it is requested that all passengers check in at least one hour prior to the flight’s scheduled departure time. To ensure on-time departures for all flights, all passengers and checked luggage must be processed with a customer service agent at the airport prior to the 30-minute check-in cut-off time to avoid denied boarding and rebooking to a later flight.

If you are making connections to another airline in Anchorage, please note that the following minimum connection times are required in order to check your luggage through to your final destination. (connection time is based on the arrival time of your Ravn flight and the departure of your connection flight) If the minimum connection time isn’t met, our check-in system will only allow for us to check your luggage to Anchorage and you will need to re-claim your luggage with us and re-check in with your connecting airline.

  • Alaska Airlines – 1 hour and 10 minutes
  • Delta Air Lines – 2 hours
  • American Airlines – 1 hour
  • US Airways – 1 hour

Thank you for working with us to get all passengers to their destinations safely and on time.
