Anchorage, Alaska — Ravn Alaska was recently awarded Best Airline Mobile Website in the 2014 MobileWebAward competition.
Now in its third year, the MobileWebAward competition is sponsored and judged by the Web Marketing Association, a highly-respected organization working to create a high standard of excellence for web development since 1997. MobileWebAward judges consist of industry leaders from Google, IBM Interactive and CNN News Group, to name a few.
The MobileWebAward competition honors excellence in mobile websites and apps, and recognizes individuals and organizations responsible for award-winning mobile development. The competition judges all aspects of mobile web development, including creativity, impact, design, content, interactivity, ease of use and use of the medium.
Gere Donovan Creative, a multi-disciplinary design firm with offices in Anchorage and Portland, Oregon, redesigned Ravn Alaska’s website to be fully responsive with mobile and tablet devices.
“We are thrilled to be recognized for Best Airline Mobile Website. With so many of our customers using mobile phones and tablets, we’ve done a lot to improve our online customer experience,” said Steve Smith, sales and marketing director for Ravn Alaska.
