Ravn Continues Operations Despite Earthquake Outside  of Anchorage

Anchorage, Alaska – Due to today’s earthquake near Anchorage, Ravn Alaska, part of Ravn Air Group (“Ravn”), Alaska’s largest local airline, will operate a slightly reduced schedule this weekend.

Ravn Connect, another subsidiary company of Ravn, returned to normal operations this afternoon.

“We are extremely thankful that all of our employees, families, and loved ones are safe and unharmed,” said Dave Pflieger, Ravn’s President & CEO.“ In spite of the damage sustained to roads, homes, businesses, our own headquarters, and many others in our local community, we are fortunate to report that our two airlines have resumed flying, and we will resume full operations at Ravn Alaska very shortly.

In the meantime, our number one priority remains ensuring the safety of our employees, fellow Alaskans, and our customers.”
